The Service of Tributary Administration is a dispersed organosm of the Secretary of Property and Public Credit that has the responsibility of apply the fiscal and customs legislation, in order that the physical and moral persons contribute equitably and proportionaly to the public cost; to control the contributors so that they fulfill the tributary and customs dispositions; to facilitate and stimulate the voluntary fulfillment; and, to generate and provide the necessary information for the design and evaluation of the tributary policy.
